YOUR wishes could be granted this festive season as The Bristol Hippodrome is giving away tickets to lucky readers for its magical production.

Flawless are the latest stars to announce they will join Loose Women’s Carol McGiffin and Big Brother winner Josie Gibson in panto in Bristol this year.

Aladdin will be staged at The Bristol Hippodrome from December 7 to January 6.

Carol, best known for her long-running radio career and her status as one of the much-loved Loose Women panel, makes her pantomime debut this Christmas as the genie of the lamp from December 7-17.

Best known for her dead-pan and opinionated wit, Carol will be bringing her trademark sense of humour in granting Aladdin’s three wishes.

Josie rose to fame having won the 2010 edition of the Channel Four reality television series Big Brother with 78 per cent of the public vote – the highest of any series.

Aladdin marks Bristolian Josie’s pantomime debut in the role, which she will share with Carol and star in from December 19 to January 6.

The streets of Peking will be in undeniably safe hands this Christmas as street dance sensation Flawless are set to star as the Peking Police Squad.

Returning for his fourth year, comedian Andy Ford will star as Aladdin’s hapless brother Wishee Washee.

No stranger to Bristol audiences, Andy will bring his much-loved humour and pantomime experience in this his 43rd year in show business.

The Mercury has teamed up with The Bristol Hippodrome to offer three family tickets to the production at 7pm on January 3.
