Victoria Park Bowling Club recently celebrated a successful season at their annual trophy presentation evening.
Colin Gay, the club's competition secretary, kicked off the evening by commending members, particularly new ones, on a fruitful bowling season.
Club president Ann Milne highlighted the club's active participation in community events, their success in the Bridgwater Bowling Association Challenge Shield, and the County and West Somerset Leagues.
The club also hosted the Bridgwater Bowling Association tournament finals.
Trophies were presented to Rob Harris, Barry Leathwood, Patsy Priest, and Chris Mead by Ann Milne.
Rob Harris took home the Enterprise Trophy, Barry Leathwood received a special mention for winning a trophy in his first season, Patsy Priest won the women's championship, and Chris Mead bagged the men's championship.
Milne wrapped up the evening by thanking everyone for their support and expressed anticipation for the reopening of the green next April.
