St Andrews Bowling Club's B team clinched the Somerset County Men’s League North Division Three championship.
It was secured after winning away to Winscombe C in their final match, finishing 18 points ahead of runners-up Isle of Wedmore C.
The victory found roots as Tony Ware's rink benefited from two sixes and a five, ensuring a winning margin of 14.
Equally, Malcolm Goddard's four optimised on the last three ends to finish seven up.
The County League Third Division allows teams to field up to four women, a fact that Saints B optimised on in various matches.
Jill Bishop and Jackie Pitman were instrumental in boosting the team on Saturday.
Consequently, the B team will advance to North Two next season, just a single division below the A side.
It wasn't all celebration for the Saints, as the women's team capitulated against a resilient West Backwell team in the DRT League.
Meg Favis's rink managed to salvage two points with a five-shot win.
Meanwhile, first-time bowlers Sue Edwards and Colin Laity made their mark against Newbury & Hungerford, boosting the Saints' momentum 11 ahead.
The club welcomed Anthony Page, the indoor vice-captain, back on Sunday after a serious illness.
He spectated the county under-18 singles hosted by the Saints, sparking hope for a comeback indoors.
