Worle FC have announced their pre-season fixtures ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.

The Weston-based side managed to retain their place in the Premier Division of Somerset County Football last season after narrowly escaping the drop zone by two points.

The late escape came courtesy of a mighty effort that saw them move from second bottom of the table to safety in the last month of the season after winning a number of games in hand.

They will now be looking to continue that form into the new campaign and will be hoping that some good pre-season matches will be the perfect warm up, with six fixtures currently confirmed for July.

They will be playing Nailsea & Tickenham on the 6th, Burnham United on the 9th, Winterbourne United on the 13th, Weston Celtic on the 20th, and Teignmouth AFC on the 27th, with all the games kicking off 3:00pm except for the Burnham fixture which is a 6:30pm ko.

All the pre-season fixtures will be played Worle’s Recreation Ground with the clubhouse and bar open.
