Uphill Castle manager Anthony Askins believes there will be “plenty of goals” when the two sides play in the Uhlsport Somerset County League Premier this Saturday.
Both sides won 6-1 last season on their way go promotion last season and the Redskins won 3-2 in August.
And Askins says he feels there will be goals in the match between his side (35) and Redhill (46) having conceded between 81 goals from their 27 games.
"I think there'll be plenty of goals because I don't think either of us defend particularly well,” he said.
They've got some good players going forward. They've got some complexity in defence as well, really. But I think overall as a team they're are making the same sort of mistakes we are.
"We've come from a division where we were both able to play and at times you can't play here. You get punished for for being too hesitant on the ball. So, I think there be a game with plenty of goals and hopefully it'll go our way."
Wrington Redhill player/manager Leigh White said he is “surprised” by both his side and Uphill Castle’s struggle to the season.
The Redskins sit in 15th with six points, and win so far this campaign, which came at Uphill, while the Castle are in 13th, three points ahead of the drop and have only picked up four victories.
“It’s a big six pointer even at this stage of the season,” he said.
“Both of us have struggled this season. Which has surprised me. They got a big three points at Worle last game which should give them a lift.
“We played well against Mendip but got nothing. So we need to win which will close the gap on them to points.”
He adddd: “I think the reason we are both struggling is we been unable to bring in new players,” White said.
“A lot of local players are happy playing with there mates than wanting to play higher. Uphill lost Sam Beresford, which is a big loss, hard to replace his goals as he is showing at Clevedon Town.
“We have missed Reece Ferguson and Sam Parkinson for a number of games these players are hard to replace when not available.
“Ayrton Phillips missed the first six games of the season another big player for us.
Worle have had the same issue they had the same squad now for the past few season and they only just stayed up last season. Lots of clubs in a small area it is hard to get players.”
