The following cases were heard at North Somerset Courthouse from May 16-23.
* Ryan Marlowe, Ellenborough Park Road, Weston (21). Assault and criminal damage: community and restraining orders and ordered to pay £180 compensation, £200 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
* Dominic Harding, Lonsdale Avenue, Weston (19). Knife in public place: community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
* Benjamin Potter, Gradwell Close, Weston (30). Driving without valid licence: six penalty points, community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Driving without valid insurance: fined £130.
* Tanya Beardsmore, Denning Court, Weston (21). Stalking: 20-week prison sentence, restraining order and ordered to pay £975 costs and £115 victim surcharge. Assault police officer: one-week prison sentence (concurrent). Harassment: four-week prison sentence (consecutive) and a restraining order.
* Mark Adams, Gleneagles, Worle (39). Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for 23 months, fined £793 and ordered to £85 costs and £79 victim surcharge.
* Adrian Allan, no fixed abode (41). Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
* Matthew Cook, Dartmouth Close, Weston (26). Criminal damage: conditional discharge and ordered to pay £350 compensation. Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £31 victim surcharge.
* Jack Manion, Clifton Road, Weston (20). Taking vehicle without consent: disqualified from driving for 12 months, community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Driving without valid insurance: no separate penalty.
* Kerry Miles, Glebe Road, Weston (33). Drunk and disorderly: conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
* Loren Sayers, Meadow Street, Weston (44). Three counts of theft: community order and ordered to apy £172.40 compensation.
* Blessing Okeke, no fixed abode (25). Assault: community order and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.
