The following cases were heard at North Somerset Courthouse from March 19 to April 3:

* Callam Cheeseman, Lime Close, Locking (22). Speeding: disqualified from driving for 56 days, fined £369 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £36 victim surcharge.

* Claire Watson, Henley Park, Yatton (42). Misuse of blue disabled parking badge: fined £145 and ordered to pay £285 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Marc Lucas, Brighton Road, Weston (32). Driving without valid insurance: fined £323 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

* Devon Feltham, Holts Way, Weston (26). Criminal damage: ordered to pay £100 compensation.

* Steven Jenkins, Well Park, Congresbury (65). Assault: fined £300 and ordered to pay £200 compensation, £775 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Richard Goff, Old Church Road, Uphill (37). Dangerous driving: disqualified from driving for 38 months and community order. Drink-driving: fined £400 and ordered to pay £350 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Driving without valid insurance: no separate penalty. Driving without valid licence: no separate penalty.

* Jodeane Coggins, Nightingale Close, Weston (42). Driving while disqualified: disqualified from driving for one year and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Driving without valid insurance: no separate penalty. Driving without valid MOT: no separate penalty.

* Shayne Oakley, Locking Road, Weston (42). Four counts of criminal damage: community order and ordered to pay £540 compensation.

* Sophie Moore, St Ives Road, Weston (20). Threatening behaviour: 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Four counts of assaulting a police officer: 18-month conditional discharge.

* Leighton Badlam, Furland Road, Weston (42). Two counts of assault: community order and ordered to pay £775 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

* Edward Armstrong, Upper Bristol Road, Weston (43). Threatening behaviour: community order, restraining order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

* Joshua Witts, Stonebridge Road, Weston (22). Criminal damage: ordered to pay £330 compensation.

* Luke Neilson, Orchard Street, Weston (41). Five counts of theft: 24-week prison sentence and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Criminal damage: no separate penalty. Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. Driving without valid insurance: no separate penalty. Driving without valid licence: no separate penalty. Failure to comply with supervision notice: two-week prison sentence (consecutive).

* Mark Churchill, Mendip Road, Yatton (23). Two counts of criminal damage: community order, restraining order and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

* Philippa Hooper, Moorecroft Road, Weston (18). Criminal damage: 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £173 compensation and £85 costs.

* Paul Ashton, Tower Walk, Weston (50). Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for 24 months, community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

* Kurt Jordan, Upper Church Road, Weston (40). Criminal damage: 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £75 compensation, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
