A night of festive murder mystery is set to return to Cadbury House in Congresbury.

Scheduled for December 11, the event will challenge attendees to solve a whodunnit while enjoying a three-course meal.

Themed around "the case of Santa's 'Claws,'" the scenario is set in 1937, involving a sinister meeting and a Christmas crime.

Attendees are invited to step into the shoes of amateur detectives, piecing together clues to identify the offender.

Matilda Burgess, marketing manager, said: "The murder mystery nights are one of our most popular events and everyone who comes along really gets into the spirit of the occasion.

"With its gothic gables, the old house really does provide the perfect backdrop and adds to the overall experience, while the characters involved in the evening only add to the authenticity and drama of the evening as it unfolds."

Tickets, priced at £60 per person, include a three-course dinner, coffee, and tea, as well as entertainment until midnight.

The bar opens at 6.30pm, with guests seated at 7.30pm.

Fancy dress is encouraged, but not mandatory.
