A MOTORIST from Weston has been banned from driving after being caught speeding.
Timothy David Smale, of Uphill Way, Uphill, was clocked breaking the 70mph limit on the M5 in Tiverton, Devon, on September 8 last year.
During a sentencing hearing at North Somerset Magistrates’ Court, Smale was handed three penalty points and disqualified for six months “due to repeat offending”.
He was also fined £246 and ordered by magistrates to pay a £98 victim surcharge and contribute £90 towards court costs.
