THE firm who advised on the sale of a Weston-super-Mare residential care home said the move secured “an exciting future”.

RWK Goodman advised the sellers of Nashley House, a residential care home based in Weston-super-Mare to the Eqvitus Group, an experienced operator which owns two other homes in Maidenhead and Reading.

Owned by Ingrid O’Brien and Cliodhna O’Sullivan since 2015, Nashley House is a highly respected residential care home that is registered for up to 52 residents.

The RWK Goodman Health and Social Care team was led by Corporate Associate Yasmine Grove, supported by partner Hazel Phillips (Corporate) and Megan Wilmot (Real Estate).
