NEWLAND Homes is offering a behind-the-scenes tour of its zero-carbon housing development.

The special 'Muddy Boots' event will take place at Court de Wyck in Claverham on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6.

The event will provide a first-hand look at the sustainable construction methods behind the 24 zero-carbon homes off Mayors Road.

Visitors will be able to explore the construction site before the homes are completed, learning about the renewable technologies powering the future of housing.

The event is open to anyone interested in sustainable housing and those looking for a new home in North Somerset.
