A “SMALL salon in North Somerset” that "makes everyone feel welcome" has been nominated beauty salon of the year.
Sacred Willow, based in Milton, Weston-super-Mare, reached the finals of the Beauty Salon of the Year (South) category, and despite the competition was fierce they took the trophy home.
In addition to this accolade, Sacred Willow also received the award of overall winner beating Wales, Scotland, Midlands and the North.
Owner of the business, Kerry Lamerton, said: "We are in total disbelief. We are just a small salon in North Somerset, making everyone feel welcome and feel so honoured to have received this recognition.
“To then be announced as the nation's overall winner was just overwhelming.
"I am so proud of the team and thank everyone who continues to support us.”
A spokesperson for The Nation’s Hair and Beauty Awards 2024, said: "The winners of these awards represent the highest standards of quality and service in the Nations hair and beauty industry.
"We want to congratulate all of our winners and highly commended on their accomplishments.”
