THE RSPCA's North Somerset Branch in Brent Knoll is preparing for a busy weekend with a pop-up shop and cattery open day.
The event, which allows visitors to see the facilities, is free to enter and there will be many bargains and cake shopping opportunities on Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28.
The pop up shop will run from 10am to 3pm, with the cattery open from 11am until 3pm.
An RSPCA spokesperson said: "Along with our regular Pop-Up Shop, we are opening up the cattery for you to come and meet our feline friends currently in our care."
"Parking and entry are free! So come along and have a cuddle with a cat, shop for bargains galore and sit and have a delicious cakes baked by our very talented baker!"
The Brent Knoll animal centre has accommodation for up to 63 dogs, 44 cats and space for rabbits.
The branch, run by volunteers, serves a wide area from Nailsea down to Woolavington and across to Wells, with funds primarily raised from four charity shops within the branch area.
