TICKETS are now on sale for Weston's newest "theatrical play experience."

Little Town Adventures, on Beach Road, will be opening to the public this Friday (May 17).

Little Town Adventures is a miniature recreation of the town and includes many of its iconic features, including The Grand Pier.

The buildings are up to five metres high and have multiple storeys so that children can explore both the lower and upper floors.

Over the weekend, a VIP launch ceremony was held, which was attended by competition winners, the mayor of Weston and TV personality Joe Swash.

A spokesperson from Little Town Adventures said: "Wow!

"What an amazing time we had at our official grand opening on Sunday with special guest Joe Swash and the actual Mayor of Weston-super-Mare!

"We cannot wait to open to the public on Friday so why not be some of the first to come and experience our brand new world-first theatrical play experience!

"A place where children don't just need to sit and watch the show, they get to become part of the storyline and spark their own imaginations!"

The mayor of Weston added: "It's not everyday that you get to officially open your own mini town - our own mini Weston-super-Mare within Weston-super-Mare including Town Hall and The Grand Pier.

"Lovely to attend the official launch of Little Town Adventures and to be able to cut the ribbon outside the mini mayor's office!

"It's fantastic to see businesses continuing to want to invest in Weston-super-Mare. Good luck with the new venture."

Tom and Laura Filer own and operate award-winning soft play venues across the South West and the Midlands.

Speaking about the Weston branch, Laura said: "We could not be more excited to be launching our next innovative leisure venue in Weston-super-Mare and are this time bringing a world-first play concept to market following the success of our multi-award-winning Ocean and Space Adventurers venues.

“The combination of role play, theatre, and escape room-style activities enhances cognitive development, social skills, and creativity, making it an exciting, truly holistic and educational adventure for children.

“Little Town Adventures will be an innovative fully immersive miniature Weston-super-Mare putting learning and fun at the centre of the experience."
