WESTON'S Beach Lawns are set to be transformed with the return of Weston Bike Nights.
A Visit Weston-super-Mare spokesperson said: "We're so revved up for this.
"The Weston-super-Mare Bike Nights return to the seafront tomorrow (Thursday, May 2 at 6pm) and every Thursday evening throughout the summer.
"This event has become a Weston institution and has raised thousands of pounds for charity.
"You don't have to be a petrol head to enjoy it, so get yourself along and marvel at some of the amazing machines which have previously included a bike which is half-car and half motorbike!"
When confirming the location, Cllr Mike Bell, leader of North Somerset Council, said: "I am pleased to report that following some further discussions with the organisers, the Weston Bike Night will be returning to the Beach Lawns this year. The first Bike Night of 2024 will be on Thursday, May 2 at 6pm.
"I've been working closely with my colleague Councillor Mike Solomon to try to resolve this and I am glad we've got the right result."
