The Donate For Defib Weston-super-Mare Project team met with AMS Electrical to discuss the installation of two new defibrillators.
Co-leading partner Josh Bell, as well as sponsorship and grants representative Christina Chell, met with Tony and Anne from AMS Electrical's South West team on the morning of February 9.
It took place at Weston-super-Mare Golf Club, with the club's general manager, Hamish, also in attendance.
Over the next few weeks, the defibrillators will be installed at the clubhouse and on the golf course.
There will also be an installation at 49 Social Club Baker Street within the next week.
With more venues fundraising to buy defibrillators, the Donate For Defib Weston-super-Mare Project's senior management team sought additional sponsorship from electrical teams.
As a result, maintenance contracting lead, John Bell, will liaise with sponsored services to ensure the defibrillators are installed and registered on 'The Circuit' as swiftly as possible.
The senior management team expressed their gratitude for AMS's support, saying: "AMS answered our call for additional support for which we are very grateful for and are very much looking forward to welcoming them into the project and for enabling our local community to be supported even further."
AMS Electrical, a family-run business based off Locking Road, in Weston-super-Mare, will contribute their time and expertise to install the defibrillators.
Their involvement is crucial to the ongoing mission of the Donate For Defib project - to support and save lives within the local community.
