LEARNER drivers in North Somerset can now practise for their driving theory test at their local library.
The North Somerset Library Service has introduced Theory Test Pro to their collection of internet services.
The online simulation will prepare budding drivers for the real deal and test their knowledge.
Those that take part can tackle the entire official test question bank, practise with hazard perception video clips, and read-up on an online version of the Highway Code.
If you can't get to a library, you can access the tool at home using your library card by visiting the Theory Test Pro website.
Councillor Mike Solomon, North Somerset Council’s executive member for culture and leisure, said: “This is a superb free resource that our libraries are now offering to members. I’d urge people to take advantage of this excellent tool.”
Henry Dillon, Marketing Director of Well Informed Limited, the company which developed Theory Test Pro, added: "Studying is a must for the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency’s driving theory test, and Theory Test Pro offers everything that you’d get from a CD-ROM with none of the hassle.”
