THE RSPCA North Somerset Branch is urging donations to help support a dog with a deformed leg.
Molly was brought to the centre, located in Brent Knoll, at the end of September following concerns for her welfare.
After suffering a suspected "unknown trauma" which wasn't treated, Molly has been left with a deformity in one of her front legs.
Posting on Facebook, a spokesperson from the rescue centre said: "Molly came to us at the end of September via RSPCA Inspector following welfare concerns.
"Having tracked down her veterinary history we now know that Molly was seen by a vet back in March this year for a ‘suspect unknown trauma’.
"Sadly, this went without proper treatment and Molly is now left with this deformity.
"Having had the leg looked at by our vet, we are currently awaiting referral to a specialist orthopedic vet to explore what options are available for Molly.
"If you would like to donate in support of Molly, you can do so via our donate button.
"Or via this link: https://checkout.justgiving.com/h0tydimzv5."
The rescue centre cares for sick, abandoned or neglected animals.
