Weston-super-Mare AFC's Community Pay What You Want Day brought in just below £4,000 for Weston Hospicecare.
The day of funding took place between the Seagulls and Hemel Hempstead Town in the Vanarama National League South, where the game ended 1-1 back in August.
The match saw the season's best attendance of 1,484 people and saw £3,874 raised for the health care.
Julian Hall, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Weston Hospicecare said: “Weston Hospicecare are delighted to be supported in the Community Pay What You Want Day at Weston-super-Mare AFC, raising an incredible £3,874 for our charity.
"All of the profits from the match will go towards the care provided to those living with life-limiting illnesses in the local community.
"Thank you to everyone at the club for helping to arrange this event, your continued support for Weston Hospicecare is vital if patients and families are to get the help they so desperately need."
Alex Crowther, Director at Weston AFC, added: "We were delighted to present Weston Hospicecare with a cheque for £3,874 - The money raised from our Community Pay What You Want Day in August.
