PLANS have been submitted to amend the location of a bin store which serves the apartments on 41-43 Oxford Street.
Planning permission was granted in 2018 for the conversion of the first and second floors of the site to provide four apartments, a new restaurant at ground floor level and the demolition of the meeting hall and garage.
The plans also saw the construction of a three-storey rear extension to provide a further four apartments.

T - 1 Beech monilith to 4 mtr standing stem, replace with English oak on Langford House.

Proposed erection of a two storey side extension and relocation of existing shed on 9 Whitegate Close.
Sandford
T - 3 Ash fell to ground. T - 4 Ash fell to ground. T - 5 Ash fell to ground. All due to die back on open space south of West Croft Lane.
Portishead
T1 Lime reduce crown by up to 2mtrs. T2 Holm Oak heavy limb reduce by up to 3mtrs and thin, remove 1 low lateral branch to lift internal canopy. T3 Holm Oak Thin out low to mid crown to allow better light. T4 Holm Oak Reduce heavy limb extension over green house by up to 4 mtrs on 5 Harmony Drive.
Proposed replacement of 1 set of double glazed patio doors to the ground floor bedroom on a like-for-like basis on 32 Fedden Village.
Weston-super-Mare
Minor material amendment to application number 20/P/1609/MMA (Minor material amendment to planning permission 17/P/2125/F (Change of use of former bank business centre (use class E(c)i: Financial and Professional Services) to shop (Use class E(a): shops) and cafe (use class E(b) on 41-43 Oxford Street.
Proposed demolition of existing side extensions and outbuilding. Erection of a 1/1.5 storey side extension, 1no. dormer to the north elevation and extension of existing flat roof dormer at the south-elevation on 61 Milton Hill.
Proposed removal of the existing dormer construction to the North elevation roof and erection of a replacement dormer and associated double glazed units on Flat 2B Greystones Lodge.
