THE water is back on at Weston's Water Adventure Play Park today (Monday, June 19).
After a £425,000 investment, the park opened its doors in 2010, welcoming families looking for a day of fun and a place to cool down in the hot summers.
The park now has updated equipment, which has cost around £73,000, and are excited to welcome back new and returning visitors.
There is a nominal charge of £3.00 per child. You can return the same day as many times as you like, so if you do need to pop home for something, you can.
Equipment includes the wooden Stockholm Castle, a double cableway and a toddler area. There's even a xylophone for those who want to test their musical skills, and a sandpit on site. When the water is on, there are sprinklers and a rain shower.
The park is still open for use even when the splash pad is not in use.
Visit the park's website for more information.
