- Crews were called to the blaze at 1.18pm today (Monday, May 29).
- The service says all people have been “accounted for”, but the cause of the fire remains unknown.
- Yatton High Street and the Co-op Food store were closed this afternoon while fire crews were working at the scene.
- An eyewitness has described the fire as “truly devastating for our community”.
- People were asked to avoid the area if possible and keep doors and windows closed.
