Sylvia Irene Rees
REES Sylvia Irene (née Phillips) Long time resident of Worle, passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 22nd aged 95 at Suffolk Lodge Care Home, Wokingham. Beloved wife of the late Tom, a much loved mother of David and nanny to Thomas, Andrew, Bethany and Molly as well as great grandmother to Poppy and Maddie. A funeral service will be held on 10th September at 11am Easthampstead Park Crematorium, Wokingham. Donations if desired to RNLI, Guide Dogs or British Heart Foundation c/o AB Walker, 105 London Rd, Wokingham RG40 1YB Tel 0118. 978 4040.

RIP Sylvia. A wonderful friend and teacher of sugar craft and chocolate and cake making and brilliant Christmas decorations. Truly missed you when you moved away. Enjoyed your cups of tea and wonderful cakes that you made when you welcomed us into your home on Wednesday evenings and the great welcome whenever we just called in for a friendly chat and to see how you were. Sleep well lovely lady. Sorry you are so far away that we cant pay our final respects. Rita xxx
