SANFORD Patricia "Pat" We are sad to announce that Pat passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, at home on the 16th April 2024, at the age of 78. A wonderful mum, nanny and great nanny Pat. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Never to be forgotten. The funeral will be held at Weston Crematorium at 11.30 on 9th May. Followed by a celebration of her life at the Beachlands Hotel. Flowers only, no wreaths. Donations to Weston Hospice. https://patriciasanford.muchloved.com/
