HAMMOND Lynne Frances Passed away on 18th April 2024 after a long illness, aged 76 years. It is with heavy hearts that we invite you to join us in honouring the life of Lynne who was a beloved mother of three and grandmother of five. Funeral service at Weston Crematorium on Friday 10th May at 2.30pm.
