MERCER JOANNE LAURA On 3rd September 2019 Jo Mercer passed away at Harefield Hospital. Jo will be remembered for her hard work at North Somerset Council supporting the vulnerable and working with members of the community and all the public services. A Service of Remembrance is being held at St Paul's Church, Walliscote Road, Weston-super-Mare on Monday, September 30th at 12.00 noon to celebrate the life of this remarkable woman.
