CHAPMAN DAVID JOHN passed peacefully away at Weston General Hospital on Monday 6th April 2020. David’s family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all of the staff at Weston Hospital, especially to the staff of Cheddar Ward. Their love and support went above and beyond, making a sad and difficult time that much more bearable. Thank you.
