SHIELDS PATRICIA (nee Reidy). Pat sadly passed away on Friday 3rd Apr 2020 at Weston General Hospital. Much loved Wife, Mother, Nana and sister. A private funeral service will take place on Friday 17th April at 2.30pm and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.Your tribute has been received.
