BRACEY JEAN GRACE. Passed away on the 17th April 2020 aged 88 years. A much loved Mum and Grandma. Will be greatly missed and always in our hearts. Christopher, Stephen and Anne. Funeral on Thursday 30th April at Weston-super-Mare Crematorium at 2.30pm. Immediate family only to attend. All enquiries to Pitmans Funeralcare.
