BRACEY JEAN GRACE. Passed away on the 17th April 2020 aged 88. A much loved Mum and Grandma. Will be greatly missed and always in our hearts. Christopher, Stephen and Anne. Funeral on Friday 1st May at Weston-super-Mare Crematorium at 4.30pm. Immediate family only to attend. All enquiries to Pitman Funeralcare 01934 622738.
