STRONG WILLIAM “Frank”. Passed away in Tilsley House on 15th May 2020 aged 93 years. Formerly of Locking and a retired Weights and Measures Inspector, he was a long time member of Hill Road Methodist Church. Much loved Dad of Gillian and Jennifer, father-in-law of John and David.
