PHILLIPS - PATRICIA "Pat". Sadly passed away on Thursday 15th October 2020 aged 75 years. A very special lady and much loved Wife, Mum, Nan and "Nanos" who will be deeply missed by many Pats funeral will be a private family service with family flowers only but a celebration of Pats life will be held as soon as able with all welcome Donations to Macmillan Cancer Support will be warmly received by the Elms Funeral Directors, 50 Baker Street, Weston-Super-Mare BS23 3AQ 01934 616006
