WINTERS RICHARD NOEL passed away peacefully on 15th July 2021, aged 74 years. He was much loved by all of his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him. Mr Winters family have respectfully asked for privacy during this difficult time. A private funeral service will be held in the coming weeks.
