TELFORD PATRICIA. Sadly passed away on 12th November 2021 aged 71 years. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Patricia’s funeral service will be held at Weston-super-Mare Crematorium on the 3rd December 2021 at 2.30pm. Smart casual dress, black is not necessary.
