COUSINS KATHLEEN HAZEL. Jacqueline and family would like to thank all those who attended Kaths funeral for making it a special occasion. Special thanks to Dr. David Evans, Mums doctor for 30 years, Dr John Chambers and Sister Suzie Milton at Weston General Hospital, Ursula Smith at the hospice and all the district nurses who have looked after Mum. A special mention for Chris who has helped over the past 2 years, the Elms Funeral Directors and the Reverend Peter Tullett for a truly wonderful service. Thanks also go to Kaths neighbours for their messages and support. Finally a huge thank you to my family, especially Stephanie. Brent and Simone, their help has been invaluable.
